I was searching on pinterest, (look on the right side of this post and click on the pinterest logo to see my board) and I found this website. It is pretty long, so I thought that I'd just summarize it for you.
Drinking ice-cold water isn't just better tasting than room temperature water, which makes sense, because nobody really says: "Hey can I have some room-temperature water?" or "May I have some slightly warm water?" . . . . Anyways . . . .
It not only tastes better, but it burns calories. A type of medical magic you might say? No, just plain medical, no magic. Your body has to work a little harder to warm up your body so it can go to your organs, therefore, burning a few calories.

Just like eating crunchy stuff (potato chips do NOT count, they practically melt in your mouth) like peppers, or granola ( I LOVE granola, it is so wonderful, my dad went to Costco, and he bought 4 two-packs of the big granola bags) burns calories right in your mouth (sorry if that sounds gross) because you have to chew them so much. I personally don't like peppers, even if they are low-cal and good for you, but I love cucumbers, which are super good for your complexion, and I LOVE carrots. So does my guinea pig, so we share. Just kidding! That'd be so gross considering that he sometimes licks his own poop. Sorry that was an awful time to say that taking into account that I was just talking about food. Okay I'm going to sign of before I gross you out even more.

Plus, since water doesn't have any calories in it unless you are drinking, you are actually losing calories just by drinking water.
Good enough reason to drink tons of water? I think so!

Your guinea pig is so cute! I had two rats . . . but they died . . . so now I'm lobbying for a guinea pig.

rats? hmm. Sort of like naked hamsters eh? my friend has a naked dog cuz her mom has an allergy to dog fur, so they got a hairless dog. It is really funny looking, but it is still a dog, so it's cute :) yeah I will totally keep advertising on girls life!
